i was really present during the seminar held by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas on the 13th of November... i won 2nd prize on PGMA charity foundation w/ BSP "Handog Pangkabuhayan" worth Php780,000.00!!! if this is true, then i will be the happiest person alive! beware of mobile # +639093967237 and the name Vic H. ignacio!
